I enter into this agreement with TERMIS Publishing after carefully reviewing all necessary information such as Distributor and retail pricing, and other relevant information, and I understand that the Distributorship fee is non-refundable for any reason including, but not limited to, change of heart or other, such as change of financial circumstances. I hereby agree that, if I receive an order from a customer (in other words, a drop-ship order as explained in www.termis.com/page7.htm, pertaining to my Distributorship relationship with TERMIS Publishing) and the customer for some reason decides to return the item (ONLY books can be returned, and then only by following the Book Return Guidelines at www.termis.com/returns.htm), TERMIS Publishing will not reimburse me for shipping costs, either to or from the customer. If I decide to reimburse customer for these costs, that is purely my obligation, not TERMIS Publishing's. I understand TERMIS Publishing will comply with all requirements for a safe and non-delayed shipment of item(s) to my customer, but that TERMIS Publishing's obligation is only to ship items, not to become an advocate for me in my dealings with my customers. It is my responsibility to check and make sure my customers receive their orders, and that they are satisfied. If there is any problem, it is my responsibility to inform TERMIS Publishing of the problem in a timely manner. Also, liability is only mine in case of a fraudulent credit card chargeback.
